All the way from North Carolina I set out to find a F350 that was Race Red and needless to say I never knew it would be that hard. I talked to numerous dealers from North Carolina, to New York looking for the best deal. I wasn't 100% set on the color due to realizing it was rare, but knew what I wasn't going to just settle for as far as the detail of the truck inside and out. I found what is now my truck at Ricart and called the dealership to inquire about it. Jake Moore was very professional and helpful from beginning to end. I became skeptical of the price that he gave me for the truck due to all the dealers that I had talked to telling me that there was NO way I was going to be able to buy that truck for what they were trying to sell it to me for. Sooooooo.... I began to question my choice as to buy from a dealer that was 9 hours away from home or settle for what I could learn to live with at home. Every time I had a question about anything and I called Jake he was always very nice and helpful in everyway. Once I continued to get the run around with well known dealers around my area in North Carolina, I decided it was time to take my chances and drive to Ohio and meet Jake. Before I left I was given a price for the truck that I initially set out to buy, the price that every dealer from miles around said I would never get. Once I met Jake, who was nice enough to pick me up from dropping off the rental that I drove to get to Columbus, the rest of the process was very smooth. From the time I walked into the dealership, everyone was so nice and helpful. There was never any pressure to do anything, and the price that I was told I would never get was the same price that I drove away with. They even included a free lifetime power train warranty, which EVERYONE gets. I will drive back to Columbus OH to purchase my next truck with out a question. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! When I pulled into Ricart I was overwhelmed by the size of the dealership and all those vehicles. I thought maybe they're too big for me to even matter. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and treated in the most amazingly wonderful way. I mattered to them. I had called first before going up and spoke to my salesman Michael Groschup. He got me preapproved before I even left my apartment. When I met him he was friendly and never talked down to me. It was like I was buying a car from an old friend. There was another Mike, Elizabeth for accessories, and Scott Carter for financing...I can't say enough how awesome they were in how they treated me and making my new car dream come true! They listened, got me exactly the car I wanted, and crunched numbers to make it happen. The dealership was clean and beautiful, everyone that glanced my way had a smile and good word for me. Very easy-going buying experience! I came across William at the Columbus Auto Show and really hit it off. We spoke about the Ford portfolio in general and then started chatting about th I came across William at the Columbus Auto Show and really hit it off. We spoke about the Ford portfolio in general and then started chatting about the F-150 (which is what I was hoping to see at the show). William and I "spoke the same language" as it were, and he invited me down to Ricart to take a look at what they have. I had a particular F-150 in mind, and when I arrived to take a look, we wasted no time grabbing the keys and taking it for a spin. He's very knowledgeable and shows passion for the Ford brand. When the time came to discuss numbers, he helped me every step of the way with understanding with what I wanted to accomplish with my deal - which we were happily able to do! While working with the finance department, William got my truck detailed up and ready to rock. For a dealership so large, there really wasn't an intimidating atmosphere about it. If anything, all of the staff I worked with were very streamlined in their processes, but most importantly for me, William went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. In the end I came away with a great deal on my gorgeous F-150! And thanks to William and the rest of the team, I had one of the best vehicle buying experiences (and I'm a car guy - I've had a few!).
