Unfortunately, since your employer did not inform you of the ability to use the X-Plan and the required procedures until a few days after the sale, the “deal” had already been sent electronically to the lender, and the transaction was completed, leaving us no recourse to offer. We are very sorry, but we were caught in the same perfect storm of circumstances as you, and wish there was some way we could have altered the outcome.
