""Supreme" Customer Service"

I have been a Customer with Ricart Nissan for almost 10 years and this is my 6th car purchase. It is always my pleasure to visit the Mega Mall. It always feels as though I going to visit a favorite family member. Just recently ( Friday, May 03, 2019), I went in to get a Car Wash Sticker and an Oil Change. First I arrived at the Sales Office Office to pick up my Sticker. I paged the Sales Rep that I usually see (Dwendolyn Thomas) when I got there. I was approached by a very articulate and charming gentleman (Aaron Andrews) who I later learned was Ms Thomas' partner. He went beyond the call of duty. He saw to it that I got my sticker, waited for me, and took me over to service to get my Oil Change. When I got to the service area, I was promptly met by my Service Rep ( Paul Shumaker). As a sidebar, car dealerships get a bad rap for overcharging when it comes to car maintenance. Paul checked my mileage and assured me that I did not need an Oil Change at that time, even though it was my date to have it done. He could have told me anything because I was fully prepared to have the work done. During the 10 years that I have been with Ricart Nissan, I have been consistently pleased! They truly have mastered the art of Customer Service and I would never consider going anywhere else considering my automobile needs. Angie W.

I only came in for an oil change and decided to look at the Nissan inventory while I waited. I just bought my current vehicle 5 months ago and just did not love it. I never thought that trading it so soon would be an option but my salesman John Verdine went out of his way to make it happen. I left with the vehicle that I really wanted, with a payment that was right where I wanted it to be! If you are looking for a new car visit Ricart Imports and ask for John Verdine. He is an awesome salesman and a super nice person!

I would give a zero rating if I could. The Nissan service center is terrible. This is my 3rd bad experience getting my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced here and my last. My 1-hour transmission flush took 3 hours and the Customer Service Advisor Chris did not talk to me when I brought my car in and the person he sent in his place did not know what was going on or what Chris's notes meant. Chris did not come in to see me when I inquired about my car after 2 hours and still would not see me when I finally got my car back after 3 hours when he was told I wanted to speak to him. No one would give me an explanation why my service took so long. They kept sending back the same person who did not know anything. They were to do an inspection and car wash and I know the car did not go through the car wash. I cannot in good conscience recommend someone having their car serviced here and expect to be happy when you leave. I have also had a half-hour express oil change take 2.5 hours.

I have been a satisfied Ricart Nissan customer since 2012. After purchasing four cars from this dealer, I am as amazed with this dealership as ever. The service just keeps getting better and better. I just had an oil change recently. The representatives were professional, courteous, and made me feel like I was family. As if that wasn't enough, a week later I received an email saying, "because Ricart Nissan appreciated me as a customer, they were gifting me with a free two month subscription with SiriusXM". This gesture goes far beyond the call of duty. Ricart Nissan will be my car dealership as long as I need auto services. I am already looking forward to buying my next vehicle. When it comes to Customer Service, Ricart Nissan can't be beat. KUDOS!!

I was taken back when I pulled up to the garage door, it opened, I pulled in, and was greeted by name and my service items were confirmed immediately. The process was explained and approximate wait time. When complete the service person came to me, reviewed the service, which was just an oil change, but I did have a minor warranty issue, the at was easily resolved.

The Inteligent Key in our 2010 Altima happened to die on us Saturday March 23, 2013 as we were returning from our cabin property in The Hocking Hills and while in-route home to our Westerville residence. We are not customers of Ricart Nissan but since we were very near to your dealership, we decided to see if we could have the matter attended to. This would have been about 1:30 Saturday afternoon and the store was very busy at that time with both sales and service. We expected the worst and in fact felt the issue may not be resolved at all. Long story short, we were in and out in just shy of ten minutes! The Ricart service and parts folks very promptly and professionally corrected our small mechanical problem and we were on the road again. As mentioned previously, we are not Ricart customers but I dare say that we would not have been able to secure the same treatment at our home-town Nissan dealership. Our hats are off to you for the fine experience and I should like to say that other dealerships could take a lesson from your store on how to handle customer service. We appreciate the way we were treated and I only regret that your store is not nearer to us as we would most certianly be doing business on a regular basis. Keep up the fine work. My apologies for not being able to identify the two Ricart Nissan folks that aided us but we truly appreciated the courtisy and very prompt service which was afforded us on that Saturday afternoon. This is an excellent dealer on all counts! The purpose of my visit was to get an oil change. The dealership in itself is awesome! I noticed the freshness and cleanliness immediately. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed the very tasteful decorations. The furniture, numerous flatscreened televisions, the exquisite artwork, and the computre lab. I was very pleased to sit and wait for my car to be serviced. The superior customer service was wonderful, but the salesmanship of Ms. Dwendolyn Thomas was totally professional. By the time she told me what their dealrship offered in terms of just bringing my car there to be serviced, I was totally sold. As we continued our conversation I was so comfortable with her that we decided to look at other cars. She listened to what I needed and what I could afford and at the end of it all I drove a brand new 2012 Sentra home. Ricart's has a customer for life, and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that I know!
