My family and I went to Richard Lucas knowing exactly what we wanted but was unsure how to make a very old car and trade in work with a loam still on it. Shemar went out of his way to make this happen fo what we wanted but was unsure how to make a very old car and trade in work with a loam still on it. Shemar went out of his way to make this happen for us and kept the payments right where we needed. We at first thought our only option was a lease but we bought out 2024 malibu rs. Shemar was so sweet with my little boy who is 3 but will be 4 in Augusta. He would talk with him, play with him, got him lollipops and kept him calk through the last steps of the financial stuff. I can't thank Shumar enough we were lucky we caught him as he was just going to leave for the day. He wasn't pushy, very honest and upfront. Thank you Shumar for helping our family. More

it was a nightmare for me bought a used car from these people Girls ( yasmin ) sold me the car is a useless person, in my experience don’t even know why she got hired been waiting for my title phone people Girls ( yasmin ) sold me the car is a useless person, in my experience don’t even know why she got hired been waiting for my title phoned 4 times asked Yasmin to help me & she didn’t not do anything I suppose she doesn’t even know what to do phones on 7/29 as my my temp tag runs out in few days & I was told my title is in the dealership where I was told by Yasmin I will receive it in 3 weeks @ my registered address no one phoned me to inform its @ the dealership where I am checking my post box every morning been a frustrating experience for me they made me sign the paper that I am buying the car with warranty After buying the car I had to spend nearby 2k to fix the car & I was charged $950 Documents fees which is a rip off I feel it’s a day light robbery once they get paid they don’t care I feel if they charge Document fee they should help customers for documents like title etc More
