The service department installed a broken part in my car. Then sent me home and this was after they had my car for two weeks! They said they fixed my car but they didn't. $1700! Buying cars for me is a nightmare. This week I leased a Chevy Blazer from this dealership. It was a seamless purchase. Marty Aroneo met us on the lot, I told him what I was looking for and minutes later we Chevy Blazer from this dealership. It was a seamless purchase. Marty Aroneo met us on the lot, I told him what I was looking for and minutes later we test driving the car that we leased. In a short amount of time we negotiated and settled on a price within my budget. We then met with Vinny Frasco who sealed the deal for us and taught us everything there is to know about our new car. I had a great experience at this dealership. This was my second time purchasing a car, and the first time doing it without my dad's help. I had so many questions that were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally. Staff, especially Mr. Mondo, was legitimately always available to answer my questions and made the process so easy. Artie promptly responded to my texts and always made himself available when I was at the dealership to make sure I was okay. Jesse patiently answered all of my many finance questions. Richard Lucas Chevy made getting a new car a complete different experience that I have had from the past. Trading in a new lease early, I felt was going to be a dreadful exchange of back and forth like I different experience that I have had from the past. Rocco was great to deal with and made the process hassle free, easy, and fast. Dave, Jesse, and Vin were fantastic and helped as well with any questions that I had. The whole team gave off a warm feeling and it did not feel like a car dealership. They worked with me in my price range and did not dissapoint. I drove off with a new Silverado RST that had more options than I was expecting. I love the truck and have been recommending Richard Lucas to everyone since. More
