The entire process at Richard Lucas was amazing. I came in looking to get out of my lease but due to the car shortage they didn’t have what I want. I ended up buying out my lease with the salesmen Kenny. I in looking to get out of my lease but due to the car shortage they didn’t have what I want. I ended up buying out my lease with the salesmen Kenny. I cannot say enough good things about Kenny and his professionalism. He didn’t pressure me into a car I did not want and worked with me the entire time with a smile on his face. I first came into the dealership a week before my purchase and spoke with Kenny. Kenny was a gentleman and took me for a test drive to see if the car would meet my needs. I decided to wait a little longer before making my purchase and Kenny was not pressuring me to do anything that day and kept in constant contact throughout the week to work with me.
