All three were very helpful, courteous and professional. Yosuan was very knowledgeable and pointed out the various features and moodels, helping us to make our decision. The entire process went smoothly and when there were two minor issues, both were taken care of quickly. The first issue was the car was missing its cargo cover. Yosuan promptly found it and placed in the car. The second was that we were charged $500 on our credit card to hold the car but this was not factored into the final payments. As a result, Yosuan and Jason looked at this and are going to refund the amount to my credit card. While we just discussed this today, I'm confident it will be resolved soon. More

I was seen by three employees. I mainly worked with Adrian Keeley. From the beginning he was understanding as to what I was looking for and what my price range was. Then I met his manager Adrienne ( Adrian Keeley. From the beginning he was understanding as to what I was looking for and what my price range was. Then I met his manager Adrienne ( a lady) I don't know her last name but she was just as helpful and courteous. Then I worked with Mike Ball in finance. I have no complaints. This is the second car that I bought at this specific dealership and I am a very happy customer. Adrian even called me during the week to make sure everything was fine and that I was happy with my new car. At first we thought we had found a great dealership that was honest. We purchased a certified used Honda and really love the car. However, when we took it to our mechanic to check it over, we found three ou was honest. We purchased a certified used Honda and really love the car. However, when we took it to our mechanic to check it over, we found three out of the four tire rims are bent. This is a safety issue and so we called our salesman, Rick Worthman, right away. He has dodged us repeatledly telling us that he has to talk to his general manager. We called the general manager for used cars and left him messages but still no answer from him. It is going on three weeks now that we have been trying to get some help. If you want a good price on a used car, I think they are fair. If you want help and service after they get your money, then I would say don't purchase a car from them. More
