Having my brakes serviced at Rick Case Honda was a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely accommodating. The service adviser that took care of my vehicle was Kal Ramadan. He was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, which was in fact a Nissan, and was able to assess the problem immediately. Mr. Ramadan was very professional and courteous in his interactions with me. I was able to wait on the repair in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere that enabled me to catch up on my own paperwork. Mr. Ramadan kept me up informed about the repair progress on my vehicle and inquired about my well-being as I waited. Before long, Mr. Ramadan promptly informed me that my vehicle was ready. The cost, which was explained at the onset of the visit, was lower than what I would have paid at my local dealership!! In addition, I have been extremely satisfied with the brakes ever since. Gone is the vibration and annoying scraping, squeaking sound that my car used to make! I feel safe to drive my car again thanks to Kal Ramadan and the mechanics at Rick case Honda. More
I bought my first honda from them 9 years ago and since then have tried with my last 2 hondas. I have found that they were a lot more expensive then the other Honda dealers. The sales men are also very pus then have tried with my last 2 hondas. I have found that they were a lot more expensive then the other Honda dealers. The sales men are also very pushy and act like they are loosing money to give you this great deal when infact you learn that it's $40 a month cheaper 10 miles away! I will never be back to waste my time again! More

Stay away from Rick Case Honda, they sell cars way over invoice cost. They play games with you and have no respect for people that have done their homework on the Internet. My "out the door" cost for a Civ invoice cost. They play games with you and have no respect for people that have done their homework on the Internet. My "out the door" cost for a Civic from another dealer was almost the same as their quote for just the car. Their OTD cost was $2K more for the exact same car. When I gave them my first offer (which was $100 over invoice) they laughed at me and walked away. I would up getting the car for exactly that from another dealer with absolutely no hassle because I did it all over the Internet. The other dealer treated me with respect and was willing to deal because they wanted to sell me a car, Rick Case wanted to rip me off. Other people told me of their tactics before I went there but I had to experience it for myself to believe how bad they really were. So go to any other dealer in the area or you will pay thousands more for the same car. More
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!! I live 2 1/2 hours from Davie, FL and located a certified 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid on honda.com for $19,990 that I wanted to purchase. I LIARS!!!!!! I sent an email to the dealership and also called after noone called me, they always use the "can i get your name and # and call you back in 5 minutes" line, every time I talked to someone, they would never call me back. When I did talk to a salesman, they told me that the car I was interested in was actually $23,900. When I questioned the advertised price on honda.com, no one would bother to call me back (this happened with 3 different sales people). Finally I spoke with Xavier (another salesman) on Sunday (7 PM - after hours) and he said that the car was in stock and if that was what it was advertised for, they would have to honor that price ($19,990), and told me to drive down in order to purchase it. I wanted to make sure before I drove 2 1/2 hours that that was true, so I asked him to check with a sales manager the next day and call me back and he would have a sale the next day! He never called back. Then the next day Carlos (who I had also spoken to the day before but never called back in 5 like he promised) called and left me a message saying the car was sold, but they had a 2006 for the same price. I called the dealership later that day and found out that the car was in fact still there (it was not sold)! Called back to talk to Ray Regas (used car manager) to figure out what the deal was and he never called me back either! I have never had a harder time trying to buy a car in my life!!!! This dealership obviously uses bait and switch tactics! I don't understand,I just want to buy a car! In this economy they should be bending over backwards trying to get sell cars. At least call back and give a true explanation, and stop lying. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!! More
This dealer is the biggest lieing bag of crap I have ever dealt with for an Internet purchase. They have a Quick Quote feature on their site but don't expect one.
