Customer Service I am submitting this email to recognize your service staff and my interaction with them on Wednesday 8/2/2017. I am a resident of Miami Dade county I am submitting this email to recognize your service staff and my interaction with them on Wednesday 8/2/2017. I am a resident of Miami Dade county approximately 40 miles and an hour and a half from your Hyundai facility on State Road 7. I decided to travel this far due to my negative experience I had with Kendall Hyundai which is approximately 2-3 miles away from my home. I went into the Kendall location and spoke with a representative who informed that there were some issue which he would assist me in resolving. I called three times and spoke with the representative who told he would get back to me, I waited for approximately three weeks and to the date of this email I have not had a response. To contrast my experience with your staff it was like night and day. When I met with Marty he was extremely pleasant, open, attentive and up front throughout the whole process and made every effort to ensure that I was aware of the process to get me in a vehicle. Donovan on the other hand was very open and professional with the financial process to ensure approval for the purchase. Your staff was extremely professional and provided outstanding customer service during the process. I felt Donovan explored all available avenues to ensure my approval and I left your location with a sense of satisfaction. Due to personal circumstances I was not able to be approved , however Donovan provided me with options going forward to ensure approval. Once I have resolved the circumstances which caused me to not be approved for a loan I will defiantly be returning to your facility to make a purchase. Although it is an hour and half drive from my home in Miami I will gladly drive the distance to receive good customer service and a feeling of satisfaction. I am hoping this email will bring recognition to these two employees More
