The good guys I thought my expirience at rick case was good. I did feel slightly pressured to get a car that day rather than thinking about it and coming back after I thought my expirience at rick case was good. My payments are way higher than I wanted. But I also went in for a used Nissan rogue and walked out with a new hyundai accent so I'm not dissapointed at all. I just have to be more on top of my game. But I like the people at rick case. Defiantly good guys over there.. More

Buying experience It was a fair experience. After going through this review, I realized there was many things I did not experience as part of the purchasing process. Th It was a fair experience. The driving test was on a back road and not in traffic, I didn't get a tour or review of the engine, transmission or service maintenance etc. The agent was flexible; my mother couldn't finance this vehicle on her own, and they were flexible to allow me to cosign with her to get a lower monthly payment. Overall it was a fair experience. We needed a new car and bought a new car. More

Me being very picky on my first car, Abdel was able to assist me to my absolute needs. I loved how my car had a CarPlay for my iPhone, and navigation system. Also my mom has an android and she can easily connect her phone without any problem this feature is very important to me because I love staying connected and listening to music while on the road or making important phone calls without even touching the screen. Bluetooth in the car was the best idea and comes in handy all the time. I absolutely love going there because of my first time experience and hope to spread the word to other people about Hyundai's experience and what they have to offer.
