I calmly explained that the car’s computer would show the information immediately, and instead of taking a moment to verify it properly, he abruptly hung up on me. Hanging up on a customer for asking basic questions is unacceptable. If you’re serious about buying a car, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I made an appointment for a recall on my 2024 ID4. I was there on time on April 1st for my at 8:45. Immediately was told it would take more than a day to do this. This dealer does not loan cars for the days your car is down, therefore I caught a ride home from the dealer and was off to fend for myself during the 2 full days it took them to return my car. The mechanic sent me a video shot on April 2nd stating he recommended new windshield wipers because they "screeched" (something I personally installed 2 weeks prior, OEM nonetheless) . That alone made me doubtful about the authenticity of the multi-point check. This blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary parts makes me question the accuracy and honesty of their entire shop. He also recommended alignment and balancing of the two front wheels, for the modest sum of $1,100.00. This is something I don't think anyone would approve in a car that drives on regular city streets with just 15000 miles on its back. The one star goes to the only positive thing about this ordeal. Tiffany, the person that spoke with me in person, treated me with respect and even helped me with a ride from my home to the dealer since it was late and the drivers had all gone home for the day. My wife purchased an Acura in April 2025. We live in Colorado and paid $1000 for the license plates, which were supposed to be delivered to our home in Denver. It is now over 3 months later and we have not yet received the license plates. My wife and I have left half a dozen messages, with Marcos Rancel, Daniel Fores and others. No one will call us back. The Acura has had 3 separate temporary plates and will expire again the end of July. We feel the $1000 spent for the plates is a scam. Since no one will call us back my next step will be to take legal action. They have no concept of customer service. More

It comes out that he added a totally unworthy extended warranty. The car is now covered by the re certification until 74k miles and supposedly covered until 100 by an additional warranty for which he charged me over a $1,000, however, it will expire at the same time as the 74k one, in short words, I will never get to use the other. I sat with a manager today, who confirmed that he should have offered the longer term warranty instead but he didn’t, and since the car is over 4y old (it wasn’t then) there is nothing to do.
