I have had consecutive terrible experiences with this dealership leading to this review after reserving myself the first time, I bought my used Silverado and after driving off the lot I noticed my back p dealership leading to this review after reserving myself the first time, I bought my used Silverado and after driving off the lot I noticed my back passenger side tire had very low air pressure, there was a nail in the tire…on the way home the truck locked up and turned off. I called the dealership and they kept feeding me the line, “as is.” Eventually they agreed to look at it but said I was responsible for paying for the tow back to the dealership. Now 2 months into owning my truck the a.c. Went out, I called and asked if this was covered by my warrantee and was told yes, I bring it in on a Friday at 8am and they don’t have a loner for me which is supposed to be part of the warrantee, I had to pay for an Uber to get home from the dealership. Later that same day they call And say they didn’t get to my truck and that they will need to keep it until at least Monday. Today, Monday, they call me and say that my condenser is out but it actually isn’t covered by my warrantee and that I am now responsible for the diagnostic fee, which was previously supposed to be covered by the warrantee. Now they’re trying to upswell me to the warrantee that they told me I already had, the catch? Even if I pay the extra 1000 for the “upgraded” warrantee the a.c. Condenser will not be covered. In the end I was without a vehicle for 4 days, wasn’t provided a loaner car, had to pay for a 50 dollar Uber, am now responsible for a 135 dollar diagnostic test. Be very careful dealing with the service department, they are clueless and give you incorrect information leading to headaches like this all while the management doesn’t care about their customers enough to make it right. More
