The staff there assured me that I could get service at a more convenient location. So when the readout for my Enclave reached "15% oillife remaining", I sought out Rivard. I met with Austin, who welcomed me in and assessed the car's present condition. She advised the car was due for an oil change and also recommended that the tires be rotated. Then she pointed me in the direction of the customer lounge! Overall, a very successful visit. More

Ask for Francisco - no games. Francisco Toledo, my salesman, was terrific. He was open, honest and only suggested Financing once. He knew every detail on the truck I purchased and I didn't have to sit while he went to discuss/argue/plead on my behalf with some invisible manager. No one ever suggested that if I would, "just meet them halfway, I could drive away today". We struck a deal, shook hands and were done. One visit, one hour, one fine truck. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience. I'll be back. More
