We were looking for a very specific make/model used vehicle, and we had already left 2 other dealerships because of their last minute fees and add-on costs. So we were thrilled to discover that Rivard Buick does not play those games, they have a very reasonable dealer fee and no other gimmicks or fees. Jose was great to work with. The vehicle I had delivered had some infotainment issues. I brought it back a few days later, and they were happy to help me either swap it out for a The vehicle I had delivered had some infotainment issues. I brought it back a few days later, and they were happy to help me either swap it out for another vehicle on the lot or even reach out to other dealerships in the area to see what they had available. Long story short, I ended up keeping the vehicle I had delivered, but Jose and Rivard went above and beyond to keep me happy and do the right thing.
