And on the day of delivery of the car, he said he was on the phone and after I said I would wait, he said he was not in the store, unnecessary lies and a poor sales process, for such good service! Rivard and Nate Pribble were excellent. I drove 100 miles to make the purchase and would do it again. Honest up front prices that are honored. The local dealers I visited prior to working with Nate and Rivard were typical sales people that intimated Rivard would never honor their advertised low price and they were blowing smoke. I had to order my truck and Nate was on the spot for delivery time. Don’t get me wrong, it was the full 12 weeks but that is GMC production not the dealership. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them. More

Rivard Buick GMC is a nice hassle free dealership. If I had a different sales rep I think my experience would’ve been better. He put a vehicle on hold for me and then sold it, was trying to sell an extended warranty but wasn’t knowledgeable in the product he was selling, when purchasing my vehicle I told him at 9 am that I would be in around 3pm he said the car would be clean and ready to go, the car was not clean because he didn’t leave the keys with it, the purchase process took over three hours with no negotiation it was just him slow moving, he wasn’t attentive on either of the occasions I went to the dealership, and to top it off he lost my financing check from NFCU. So if you go to this dealership just steer clear of David Hurley, who lacks customer service. More
