Rivera Toyota of Mt. Kisco

I purchased my car from Rivera Toyota and purchased their extended service contract. My car is still within the contract period. My radio including all of the electronics associated with it stops working p extended service contract. My car is still within the contract period. My radio including all of the electronics associated with it stops working periodically and freezes up so I can't use any of the important functionality. I've brought it into the service center twice for this problem and each time they tell me they can't do anything about it because it isn't happening when I get my appointment. They've told me I should bring it back when it's happening. When it's happening I'm on the road and if I turn my car off the problem stops. That means I have to bring my car in before I shut off the ignition. I've tried calling them from the road to bring it in and they won't see me because they're busy. I tried explaining that to the service person I spoke to on the phone and he hung up on me. I definitely don't suggest buying your car from Rivera Toyota if you expect them to give you the courtesy of service. More

The experience was great sales people are transparent and we're not at all pushy.
