Scheduling was very easy. My service was for a fuel pump recall and my Service Advisor, Mike Kaminski, was very helpful in arranging for a loaner car. He called me when he said he would, my car was ready when he said it would be and he was professional and courteous. My one concern is that Mike called to tell me the technician did a 21 point inspection and that I needed front brakes and engine and cabin filters. I told him I appreciated that information, but, the cabin filter had been replaced within the past month. He offered that the technician probably saw the engine filter needed replacement and assumed the cabin filter did too. He also said there was a "special" on the purchase of the two filters. Again, I appreciated the information, but, not sure I feel comfortable that the advice was fully correct. I did tell Mike that I will have my front brakes checked at my daughter's business, an Aamco Franchise, and replaced, if necessary. Also, I will have the filters checked, again. More

All went well with one exception - the new policy to charge a 3.99% fee for credit card charges. Annoying, also high as most banks charge as low as 1% and no higher than 3%. I have a bias as a retiree after 30+ years with a credit card company, but you are charged that fee because the bank takes all the credit risk and you avoid the need to deal with checks or cash. More
