I transacted my car selection entirely over the telephone with the exceptionally helpful, accommodating and lovely Vilma Aurich, Sales and Fleet Rep. She patiently listened to my car needs and asked insightful questions about those needs. She helped me distill my choice quickly, and even more quickly, she provided me with car options all within the same phone call. She made me feel so comfortable that I immediately made a choice over the phone. The purchasing process was a breeze! Vilma emailed the info/application packet and forwarded financing quotes within a day (over the Labour Day Weekend at that)! When I was not entirely satisfied with the initial financing options, Vilma went the extra mile of putting me in touch with Liam and Nancy-Isabella of the finance dept. Together, these “Magnificent Three” got me an incredibly favourable finance option. I am the envy of all my friends. Beautiful car! Great price. Fantastic finance rate!!! I'm feeling soooo good because of the "Magnificent Three". I cannot thank or praise them enough. I started my car search on the Thursday before Labour Day and was happily behind the wheel on the next Tuesday.
