I have never come across any sales person than Rob Scalere, who has taken care of me like my This is my third Toyota Sienna that I bought since 2005. I have never come across any sales person than Rob Scalere, who has taken care of me like my own family. I bought a Certified Toyota Sienna 2011 XLE Limited AWD and I came down all the way from Albany, NY driving down for 2 and half hours, just because of Rob and his excellent customer service skills. From the point of contact for the first time he made me amazed by the in depth knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and treatment for his customer. He is one of those rare diamonds that are hardest to find. Rob Scalere made me and my family feel that he was working for me and with me sincerely. There are tons of sales persons and managers who just want your money. If you trust Toyota, Rivera Toyota is what Toyota stands for and Rob Scalere is it's mascot. I am a very picky person, at the that point when I had inspected the van there were a few non-noticeable scratches on the front and back bumper. When he heard about my concern he was right on it and his wonderful manager Angelo took care of the payment on himself to make sure that I am happy and satisfied. Rob made sure that every detail was inspected before I picked up my vehicle. When I picked it up, the process was quick, punctual and more than what I expected out from any Toyota Dealer even in my own area. I think Rivera Toyota should be proud to have such a great and amazing gentleman such as Rob Scalere, his service is par excellence. He went that extra mile that none in my own or my known people had ever met with. It is because of Rob Scalere that I drove down. I would like to come back for my every Toyota purchase and would highly recommend him to everyone who is viewing this review. Please ask for Rob Scalere and don't forget to meet Angelo his manager who is also a brand name just as Rob Scalere Jr. and Toyota itself. Two thumbs up!!! More

Above and Beyond service I was a first time car buyer and wasn't really sure what I wanted or needed and where to go. Thankfully I was able to come across these amazing indivi I was a first time car buyer and wasn't really sure what I wanted or needed and where to go. Thankfully I was able to come across these amazing individuals at Rivera Toyota! Given my lack of experience and financial background I needed someone with a lot of patience and attention to detail and that's exactly what I got. Not only did Genise answer every question I had but she patiently helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for in terms of durability, style, practicality and financing. Although everyone there made me feel so comfortable especially after I encountered some difficulty of my own and had to be there for quite some time. Even the owner himself Kenny and the managers did everything they could to help me and treated me like family. I will forever be grateful to the amazing experience I received here and would recommend any new and experience car owners to come here! More

I'm so grateful for a great deal! I went in to talk about trading in my car without much hope because of my awful credit score, but they worked with me and helped me trade in my old ca I went in to talk about trading in my car without much hope because of my awful credit score, but they worked with me and helped me trade in my old car, switch up the old loan and got me in a new used car with an interest rate way smaller than what I had. Great car buying experience we had been considering the purchase of a new car and came in just to see what our options were. Lucky for us we met a welcoming and knowledgeable sal we had been considering the purchase of a new car and came in just to see what our options were. Lucky for us we met a welcoming and knowledgeable salesperson by the name of Stephanie Andrade and came out that day with not one but two cars purchased. She took us through the process in a very calm and unhurried fashion,such a pleasure to deal with this salesperson. To complete our transaction we met with Finance Manager Alan Nadler who proved to be very helpful with all the Extended warranty info and many, many papers that needed to be completed. Kisco team, what I feared was going to be a stressful process with a haunting conclusion, turned out to be an easy going one followed by a peace-of-mind decision. Rob was able to found the car that matched my budget as well as my personal needs. Liam Tully, the General Sales manager, went the extra mile by offering an impossible to reject deal and sending the car to the Service location to take care of some details that could have been just written down on the contract.
