First service visit. After three weeks of owning our CPO Highlander SE, it went back to have body side moldings installed, which were part of the original sales agreement After three weeks of owning our CPO Highlander SE, it went back to have body side moldings installed, which were part of the original sales agreement as well as to get three minor things repaired. I won't go into details , but all of these items were completely taken care of. I arrived and they had a nice 2016 Camry with 1000 miles on it for me to have as a loaner. The guys taking care of me whose names I forget were super friendly and awesome. I think one of the guys was named Chris. Anyway, another fantastic experience at this fantastic dealer. Look no further for a Toyota. Our car was washed and ready two hours early when we picked it up! How's that for service!!!!???? More

Very comfortable environment to buy a car in. I believe that I received a fairly reasonable trade-in price for my Prius and a reasonable price for my purchase. I think I could have done better had I used a buying service, but I liked the salesman (George Paonessa) so much that I didn't bother going further. I could have sold my trade-in car for probably $2,000 more but I felt the money they offered was reasonable enough for me. When I got home, my eagle-eye wife spotted a lengthy scratch that was barely visible on the driver door. I called George Paonessa and he told me to come in at 10:30 the next morning; he did not tell me that he would be coming in EARLIER than his normal start time just to meet with me. He made a call and then took my car over to the dealership's service dept. When he returned the 'scratch' was gone and we knew my wife would be happy. A happy wife is a happy life....
