Vilma was great. Very thorough and a joy to behold. This kind of service is hard to come by these days, it meant so much to me to see someone doing their job so well, I was thrilled. I do wish, however, that the trickle charger that my car could use was a determination that we could have made sooner, I don't drive much and my battery is more often dead than not, especially in cold weather. I am now purchasing a trickle charger and this will save me a lot of aggravation going forward. I did wind up paying 70 plus dollars for a battery check, this charge would have been avoided and would have paid for the trickle charger. More
