Generally the service here is good. On this trip, the final free service after my new car purchase, the service took more than two hours from walking in the door to driving out of the parking lot to chec final free service after my new car purchase, the service took more than two hours from walking in the door to driving out of the parking lot to check my fluids and look at a minor question about a rear wiper fluid issue. On top of the extraordinary wait time, I realized that they failed to notify me that my state inspection was due, which now necessitates another trip, additional wait time, and time off work. This is disappointing, to say the least. I interacted with two people on this trip. The salesperson was great (I only worked with Vanessa to buy a ToyotaCare plan), though now, in hindsight, I'm less than pleased about the failure to pick up on the inspection from the service advisor for this trip. More
