I had an appointment at 9 am and at 10:30 am my car was not taken back to be serviced so I left not taken back to be serviced so I left More

It took 3 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask how much longer and I’m pretty sure that’s what when they finally started on my car at which point it only took 30 minutes. Th rotation. They knew I was waiting in the waiting room and didn’t give me a warning to get a ride if it was going to take that long. This is also not a once in a while occurrence, it happens often to me and others that I know who have Toyotas. Very disappointed especially because it was my day off of work and I spent too much of it in a waiting room for no reason. Thankfully the lady apologized but I was not given any compensation for my next visit so I’m not sure if I’ll be back. More
