Went in to get oil change and tires rotated. I was told I needed new tires so the tires aren’t going to be rotated. I only have 36,000 miles on my car when the tires are supposed to go to 50,000. No tire pre needed new tires so the tires aren’t going to be rotated. I only have 36,000 miles on my car when the tires are supposed to go to 50,000. No tire pressure was placed in my tires. Adrian was a good tech, but the rest of the experience was terrible I hate this place. Each time it’s a new excuse of something. More
