My last visit to get my car serviced was a bit long due to a recall part that was difficult to take out. Other than that, the service reps were very cordial, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I pulled into the garage Danielle met me with a welcoming smile and provided excellent service as she checked me in for my car service. Becky was also there and greeted me with a warm smile with a welcoming smile and provided excellent service as she checked me in for my car service. Becky was also there and greeted me with a warm smile. I inquired about the new Escalade and the boss quickly found a sales person Ryan and he was happy to help me. He pulled the truck up to the door so my mom and I didn’t have to walk far and he took his time going over the upgrades. He was pleasantly happy and assured me that he was there to meet our needs and help us with any questions we had concerning the new trucks. That’s what i like about Rizza Cadillac. They go the extra mile to make their customers feel welcomed and important. More
