John was stupendous!!! We arrived and within 10 minutes, we were approached by a male salesman who asked if we needed help (he was on his cellphone at the time). We indicated we did need help, but whenever he was done with his call. He passed us along to John O'Connell. John was excellent. After a brief (but informative) rundown of what we were looking for, he advised that leasing would be in our best interests - we ended up going that route. He took his time explaining and answering every one of my and my husband's questions. I highly recommend going to John - very knowledgeable - you won't be disappointed!! And his personality wasn't dull or annoying - very fun to work with. John if you're reading this, thanks again for all your time and effort. We really appreciate it (even if we were annoying going back and forth between the red and black one Acadia!!!). Justin was awesome too - after the hours it takes to buy/lease a vehicle, it was almost 7:30 by the time we finished up. I was starving and Justin was kind to share his ham and cheese lunchable stash with me - hit the spot and was a perfect ending to our experience.
