This dealership is not trustworthy. from their internet sales to mgr Jay ( liar ). 1. The car was listed on the Internet for $31,500..I received the following text message “Hi Paul this is Cheretha from sales to mgr Jay ( liar ). 1. The car was listed on the Internet for $31,500..I received the following text message “Hi Paul this is Cheretha from Rizza Cadillac. The 2017 Cadillac CT6 is here and ready to be test driven. Please give me a call at 7084077473”. 2 people both told Me the car was in an available for test drive. I drove one hour for my test drive to find out the car is not there yet. 4 days later the call back the car is ready for a test drive. When I look it up online they increase the price $5000. I will be letting Mr. Rizza know about this xx sales tactic/treatment. I WOULD RANK THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. SHAME ON THE ENTIRE SALES STAFF. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. More

Purchased certified 2017 ATS, missing car mats. Damage key remote. Low battery on both key remotes. No owners manual. Sale was very rushed.
