Service was awful. Took two hours and more to get an oil change. Have always received a free oil change on my new car but Saturday I paid $78 for it. They said they stopped giving free oil changes. Old time sales tactics. Got a beautiful new GMC truck but didn’t like the high pressure I got to purchase it. I was promised service vouchers or some kind of coupon book that I was not given and probably wil didn’t like the high pressure I got to purchase it. I was promised service vouchers or some kind of coupon book that I was not given and probably will never see. Just wish the buying experience could be better to make it more enjoyable but instead I was left wondering if I got taken advantage of. Well live & learn. Make things a little more right with the service coupons and some other kind of follow through and I might consider buying/ service from this dealership in the future.
