I love Rizza GMC/Buick/Cadillac have bought seven vehicles from them. Tony Rizza, Roy Somerfeld and Larry Papp are the Friendly Nicest people to do business with. John Howard is the Service Manager vehicles from them. Tony Rizza, Roy Somerfeld and Larry Papp are the Friendly Nicest people to do business with. John Howard is the Service Manager and he will always accommodate the customer with dates and times to get your vehicle in for service. Made a reservation and on the day of the oil change was told it was going to take 2 hours because they were running behind. I received two text messages the second one was making sure I was coming and remi told it was going to take 2 hours because they were running behind. I received two text messages the second one was making sure I was coming and reminding me of the time to be there. Why couldn’t I receive a text message informing me of the delay time so I could either come later or change my date. You need to remember that the customer has a schedule as well. More
