Lack of Integrity We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership in Tinley Park and in particular, Steve Barakat. We called about a 2011 Cad We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership in Tinley Park and in particular, Steve Barakat. We called about a 2011 Cadillac truck that had just been turned in. We asked for pictures and indicated we were very interested pending seeing the vehicle. We had offered to put a substantial amount of money down as we live 4 hours away. We received the pictures after talking directly to Steve Barakat. We then called back and requested to put money down until we could get there on Saturday. He said he had to talk with his boss. He would get back with us shortly. My husband emailed a few times but all we got was the run around. We never heard back from him and even called the dealership the next morning only to find it had been sold- never a call from Steve Barakat! It’s unfortunate that there are these kinds of salesmen still around that fit the cliche of “used car salesman”. More

I walked into the establishment and observed several sales To start off, I came into the Rizza dealership after observing a used Ford Explorer online. I walked into the establishment and observed several salesmen smile. They were very attentive and friendly. I was asked if I needed help and if I was there to see anyone in particular. I told them I was looking for internet sales about a particular SUV and they said give them a few minutes and they would locate the salesman that would be assisting me. They introduced me to Mr. Emanuel Washington, who took me for a test drive in the Explorer. After test driving it and listening to Mr. Washington explain to me all the cool features that the vehicle had, it and him convinced me not to travel to the west suburbs to view any other vehicles. The service that Mr. Washington, the General Manager and my Finance person exhibited was outstanding. So, without question, I would highly recommend Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC and the aforementioned men to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle or two.
