A Great Buying Experience I was referred to Mark Hoover, sales consultant from some past clients he had worked with in their purchase. They knew I was looking for a vehicle and I was referred to Mark Hoover, sales consultant from some past clients he had worked with in their purchase. It was a rainy day ~ Mark Hoover greeted me at the door and had an umbrella ready for me. From the minute that I walked in he gave me his full attention, was patient and answered all my questions.
