I live in Missouri and obviously my business is not welcomed by the Rizza family of dealerships in Illinois. I have family in Tinley Park, 5 minutes from Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC, whom I visit frequently when in the area. A few weeks ago I made several requests for information regarding specific 2018 Buick Enclave models. I sent emails to David Casino and received a reply from him shortly thereafter. His reply was in response to my interests, but after that he failed to reply to any of my questions regarding these specific vehicles. Finally, he sent me an email with apologies after I complained about his failure to communicate with me. He stated that his dealership cares about the customer and that their employees are very down to earth, etc. I accepted his apology and then asked again about two specific Enclaves. Guess what? No response. I was a serious potential buyer, but obviously I was not valued as such by the Rizza dealership, and more specifically, Mr. Casino. I will never again attempt to do business with this dealership. More

Amazing I went in to for paperwork to get financing through my credit union. I had tried for months to trade in my car at other dealerships. I won't lie and say there weren't little hiccups in the process (by no fault of Joe's) because there were which I think happens in life in general. But, Joe went above and beyond to help us and make the purchase of our new vehicle as seamless as possible. He to this day, even after our purchase is still continuing to go above and beyond to provide us with great customer service! If you need a great sale rep definitely check this place out and ask for Joe Volturo! I will also add that Joe in financing was amazing as well!
