The service department, specifically John goes above and beyond to ensure I receive care and assistance far beyond expectations. He made sure I safely got from my car to my chair, John immediately came over and helped me get into the office, set up my service and assisted me to get into the waiting area. My salesman, Joe came over and gave me a bottle of water, asked if I needed anything and periodically checked in to see if there was anything he could do to make my time there better. The whole experience was great and I strongly recommend anyone needing service or to purchase a car go to Rizza GMC! More
