Service was decent. The issues I had were that I was told a price for the service before the service was completed. I confirmed this price 3 times but when my vehicle wa The issues I had were that I was told a price for the service before the service was completed. I confirmed this price 3 times but when my vehicle was complete the service was $130 more than I was told. When I asked about it I was told it was taxes and he would lower the price for me. The final price was $30 more than I was originally told. Not a big deal. The bigger issue was when I went to pick up my vehicle someone had set the language to French. So I had to go back in and try an and find someone to change it back. There were 4 employees that were try to help and laughing and making jokes about it. I explained to them multiple times that I was not happy at all and definitely not happy I had to come back in and waste another 20 min of my time trying to get this resolved because an employee thought it would be a funny joke to pull on a customer. I’m glad I noticed it while I was still onsite because It would’ve taken me a lot of personal time to try and read thru the manual and make the correction myself. And on top of that not one employee apologized for my inconvenience. More
