I have a few words. 2019 CT6 hard shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear. Service advisor, "This is normal". Had the same issue with my 2017 CTS. Sounds like an issue with the transmission that Cadillac knows about, but won't issue a recall until someone dies. Certified Used ain't what it use to be. I've had to drive this vehicle to dealerships 3 times and I haven't had the vehicle 6 months. Again Certifed Used ain't what it's cracked up to be. Warranty still in force, so I'll keep bringing it back until a dealership fixing the problem or I'll trade it in. Either way, I'm not paying $3000 to fix an issue Cadillac is aware of. More

I had originally Purchased my car in Oak Lawn, but Rizza GMC is closer to home which makes a big difference now that I need’s for service on my car. This service has been extremely Excellent, until this recent time I can in for an oil change and tire rotation when I picked my vehicle up the oil change interval wasn’t reset so I checked the oil to see recent time I can in for an oil change and tire rotation when I picked my vehicle up the oil change interval wasn’t reset so I checked the oil to see if it was changed indeed it was , but the oil was over filled also the tire were rotated but the tpms wasn’t reset and calibrated so that the correct tire would show up on the dash More
