The dealership as a whole is okay, but my last visit was very disappointing.. I was told that I had a screw in the side wall of my tire, which was not true, and because of that it could not be repaired and very disappointing.. I was told that I had a screw in the side wall of my tire, which was not true, and because of that it could not be repaired and I needed to purchase a new tire. I had just bought four new tires from the dealership. So if I would have bought a new tire I surely would have been screwed. I have a picture to prove were the screw was, which was in the tread. Now my trust has be damaged. I hope that one day that my trust can be regained. More

Service time poor. Kept car 5 days. Response of evaluation was poor I had to call after an entire day and was told car had not been looked at even after I had made an Kept car 5 days. Once problem was determined, the service person was going to be off the next day so car could not be worked on. Absurd. I drive too far to get there and coordinate a ride back home to be so inconvenienced. The actual work performed is generally good but is it worth the poor service?!? My problem is with management. The front desk people were very pleasant and apologetic. Perhaps consider hiring more repair people. More

I made an appointment but was still there 2. 5 hours for an oil change. You receive a text message about if you need anything during your visit, just message. Asked for an update, no answer. After 2 hours I went to the service counter and asked about the car and even the guy at the desk said it had been a long time but just basically shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn't ready. When it was finally ready he was apologetic. But I drove an hour to go back to the dealership I bought it from, waited 2.5 hours and then drove an hour home. That is a lot of time out of my day for an oil change More
