Lemon On July 6 we purchased a used vehicle for my 16 year old son to drive to and from school. Less than two months and approximately 700 miles later the engine light came on. They did nothing about it. Mick the manager did not return my phone call and Rick, the general manager, did not return a phone call either. My husband and I are very dissatisfied with this dealership. I was told "that is the risk you take when you buy a car as is." Dwight, the salesman, said he felt bad that it happened but he "had no recourse." He sent me to autozone to find out what the code meant. No one offered to help us fix it. We bought this car because the team said it was the kind of car they would put their own kid in, this was not the car we went there to see. We are pretty sure this car had this problem when they sold it to us. We did get the car repaired elsewhere for $1800. We will never do business with them again! More

As part of my new car purchase I ordered some "extras" that needed to be shipped in from different Kia warehouses... Last week I dropped my Sorento off for a day to be detailed (Luxcare) and extras installed. Great service all-around, Mitch was letting me know the progress of everything! Highly recommended! More
