I came in with a check engine light. I had this looked at by a few independent repair shops, but they did not fix the problem. I decided to bring my Pacifica to the people that made my c I had this looked at by a few independent repair shops, but they did not fix the problem. I decided to bring my Pacifica to the people that made my car. Turned out it needed a camshaft and rocker arms on one side of the engine. Kevin the service writer gave the job to his most experienced mechanic, who had the work finished quickly. They had my car washed for me as well as doing a “freebee” of cleaning my engine compartment. I am very impressed with the service department as well as Kevin. I want to thank everyone involved in the repair of my vehicle. More

I will never return to this dealership. Their service is incompetent and completely unprofessional. The last two times I have been in for service have been a complete waste of time. First Their service is incompetent and completely unprofessional. The last two times I have been in for service have been a complete waste of time. First visit was for a standard scheduled servce/oil change. Three hours later the service rep notified me that the vehicle was ready. Upon starting my truck, I was greeting with brake warning lites. The tech apparently performed some recall work incorrectly. About 30 minutes later, my vehicle was finally ready. During the above visit, I ordered a set of tires for better traction. Note: the OEM 1500 tires are terrible after the first few thousand miles. I returned once the tires had arrived. I arrived before the dealership opened and was the first one taken by the service team. That was at 7:30a. At 9:30a I asked for a status only to be told the technician had put the directional tires on backwards. At 11:00a I asked again and was told 20 more minutes...at 11:45 I asked again only to be told the tech had not done the balancing and alignment correctly and it needed to be remedied. Again, each time, I needed to ask, I was never simple just kept informed. Finally the service manager came to me at 12:15 and said sorry for your trouble, your next oil change is on us...Well gee thanks. Still no truck though. Finally at 12:50 my truck was ready. I was quite clear with the entire service team that I would never return nor would I allow anyone in my company to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, even though it is less than 4 miles from our headquarters.
