I have been there multiple times in the past month. For my sifter replacement- Kevin did not reach out to update me on the status of my vehicle. I had to call and find out what was going on after not having my car for an entire week. For my tire- I believe the gentleman's name was either Anthony or Andrew. He was great! Very attentive, called me immediately and kept me in the loop every step of the way. And showed genuine concern for my well being. I was actually shocked. He is awesome. More

I had a terrible first experience with the dealership but I reluctantly went back for an oil change and surprisingly I had no issues. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
