Came in for an oil change, which was completed extremely quickly. An issue with us never having transferred the warranty over from my in-laws was brought to our attention. All was wonderful until all was near complete; at that point out of the blue I was told my batter was low and would need replacing soon. He than asked if I wanted them to "pop in" a new one for $275. Maybe that is what a battery costs but I just wasn't ready to do that at the moment. Sure I am wrong but it almost seemed as if I was being marked because of my age. Don’t take ur vehicle here, they tried to charge me 2500 for things I didn’t need. Destroyed my undercarriage because all the bolts are stripped and cross threaded so now I can’t get even get an oil change for things I didn’t need. People were fine. All friendly. I had made an appointment for 7:30 AM and arrived about 10 minutes early. Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 10 minutes. All friendly. That is far too long considering that I had made an appointment with what I wanted to have completed. I told them in advance when I made the appointment that I would wait in the waiting area. Your free coffee is good but not enough for me to justify sitting for over an hour for a simple procedure. More

Rory was great to work with. The service/prep for the vehicle was not impressive. This was a used 2023 cargo van with only 2,500 miles which I traveled 175 miles to pickup. So The service/prep for the vehicle was not impressive. This was a used 2023 cargo van with only 2,500 miles which I traveled 175 miles to pickup. So all communication was done via phone online pictures. I had requested that they remove all the custom fixtures that were bolted down in the cargo space. They did remove fixtures but left all the holes exposed to the outside! This got fixed per my request. They also failed to fix a very fixable mud flap which was hanging loose and about to fall off. This was also fixed per my request. Also, damaged but not fixed was an interior molding piece which I got partial credit. Lastly, this nearly new van had only 1 key which I only learned about as I am about to leave the dealership and too late to raise an issue. Overall they were very nice to work with but I would say that their vehicle preparation needs work. More
