Though the personnel tried to be courteous it was a miserable experience. I went in with my cash offer asking not to go through any of the back and forth negotiations. It didn't work. They took my license and registration so I couldn't leave unless I got it back Each time I asked I was told it would only be a few more minutes. I wanted the car and it took over 5 hrs. to finally get the papers signed and only after being pressed to purchase more warranties, glass ins., and ins. for the smog device costing thousands of $ - which I didn't purchase. I was promised a detail of the car again and a full tank of gas. Neither were done. I was so fed up I left with the car because if I pressed for the gas and wash I might be there for another couple of hours. I will not recommend them or deal with them again. More

Best experience I’ve had with any dealership I’ve ever been to by far! Dung Le went above and beyond to help me find a car that would meet all my needs. He’s the only car salesman that has ever followed u been to by far! Dung Le went above and beyond to help me find a car that would meet all my needs. He’s the only car salesman that has ever followed up when he said he would, provided other car options when I wasn’t finding what I was looking for, and treated me like a human. I’ve had experiences in the past with salesman who just wanted to make a sale but Dung is there to serve. He actually cares to provide a great experience and to treat others with respect. If you’re reading this Dung, thank you!! Big thanks to Gerry Fuller as well! He too went above and beyond to make our experience great.
