Requested synthetic oil...not used. I usually have such a wonderful experience with both your sales and service departments. This time...not so much. Requested synthetic oil not used. I I usually have such a wonderful experience with both your sales and service departments. This time...not so much. Requested synthetic oil not used. I also asked that my service rep. check to see if wiper blades were part of the 30,000 mile service which would be my next service. If it wasn’t, I asked that they please replace them. I was only told, as I checked out, that they are not part of the 30,000 mile service yet they were not replaced. Not the fault of the service department but the service rep. Disappointing three hour trip. More
