Broken window My car was broken into and my window was smashed. I took my car to the dealer to replace the window and clean out all the glass. When I went to pick u My car was broken into and my window was smashed. I took my car to the dealer to replace the window and clean out all the glass. When I went to pick up the car because it was finished it looked great. Once I got home however, I actually tried to roll up and down the window, and it would not roll up or down. It made terrible noises, scraping sounds, and I had to bring the car back for them to fix it again. Apparently they left a glass inside the window which was keeping it from working properly. I could not believe they did not check to make sure the window was working properly before giving it back to me. I had to drive all the way back there, and get another loaner car for another day for them to fix it, and then go back again to get my car. Really disappointed. More

Price of parts and labor I think Roswell Infiniti is a very good example of Quality service and Quality care . I knew the bearings in the rear wheels would be Pricey but I I think Roswell Infiniti is a very good example of Quality service and Quality care . I went for it anyway because I know I’m in good hands ( not to borrow a quote ) with Roswell Infiniti . . I have great respect for everyone there.
