Patience paid off! I did not have any issues with the employees and level of service provided when purchasing my car. My only frustration came with the dealership's poli I did not have any issues with the employees and level of service provided when purchasing my car. My only frustration came with the dealership's policy of not negotiating on CPO. In addition, to the car not being priced appropriately. My recommendation to Roswell Inifinit is to price the car correctly if the dealership has a no negotiation policy for CPO. I final purchased my car after 3 price drops on the car! My sales person, Anthony, has a mild and calm personality that suited my personality best. He followed up with me after my first visit to the dealership but wasn't pushy, which I liked. Once I decided to purchase the car the process was smooth. The dealership offered really good financing and beat my credit union rate. Anthony did a wonderful job working with me through my frustration and remained patient and understanding. Sean in finance was not pushy and easy to work with as well. More
