Samuel and my husband had been in contact for a few months via phone calls and email and had developed a casual friendship. Although I met him for the first time the day I picked up my car, I could tell straight away why my husband liked him. Samuel is one of those straight forward people who flawlessly combines kindness and virtue while carefully explaining all the details of our purchase. Despite the fact that the dealership was exceptionally busy that Saturday, we were presently surprised at just how impeccably detailed my QX 60 was presented to me. Further, how well Samuel throughly explained all the features of the vehicle to me. Every one else at this dealership including: my finance manager, Derak Rawlings; Sales manager, Alex Rabie, and my Service adviser Chris Hansen were also truly kind and professional.
