Samuel and my husband had been in contact for a few months via phone calls and email and had developed a casual friendship. Although I met him for the first time the day I picked up my car, I could tell straight away why my husband liked him. Samuel is one of those straight forward people who flawlessly combines kindness and virtue while carefully explaining all the details of our purchase. Despite the fact that the dealership was exceptionally busy that Saturday, we were presently surprised at just how impeccably detailed my QX 60 was presented to me. Further, how well Samuel throughly explained all the features of the vehicle to me. Every one else at this dealership including: my finance manager, Derak Rawlings; Sales manager, Alex Rabie, and my Service adviser Chris Hansen were also truly kind and professional. Other dealerships need to take notes from Roswell Infiniti on how to conduct business and treat their customers. This is what brought me back here when my wife was looking for a new vehicle. We just traded in our MDX and purchased a brand new 2017 QX60 from Roswell Infiniti. Our first contact for this vehicle search was with Dominic La Barrie through Roswell's online sales... And then Rick O'Leary was our sales man. These guys were great to work with.... No pressure , straight shooters, provide me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. And believe me I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best pricing. No other dealership could match there pricing and no other dealer even came close to customer service I received here at Roswell Infiniti.
