This was the BEST car-buying experience we have ever had (and we are not young). Jennifer's product knowledge is UNMATCHED and her listening skills were AMAZING! She actually steered us to a less expensive (and we are not young). Jennifer's product knowledge is UNMATCHED and her listening skills were AMAZING! She actually steered us to a less expensive car because she listened to us and knew we would be happier with a QX60 than a QX80. She was correct! We had not even entertained the idea of purchasing a QX60 until she suggested that we "just take a look at one and see if it may be a better fit". This is our first INFINITI but I don't think it will be our last. And you've got a customer for life!! More
