Kacey was excellent. We called first and spoke with a female that was not interested in helping us until the next day. We called back and spoke with Kacey. He was happy to stay late and understood we are part of the working class and didn't have the flexibility to come during common business hours. There was no pressure. He let the car sell itself and never once indicated we were a bother for keeping him at the office until 10pm. More
