Super pushy and did not listen to what we wanted when we showed up, and refused to show us vehicles we wanted to look at. The sales person was polite but you could tell he was new and his bosses were the on showed up, and refused to show us vehicles we wanted to look at. The sales person was polite but you could tell he was new and his bosses were the ones that kept telling him what to do (revert back to sentence one). It took me getting my children back in the car and about to leave before they decided to work harder and get us what we were looking for. By walking out our monthly payment dropped by over $100 because they didn’t want the sale to go away. The car we bought said $23k online, they first gave us pricing for $38k after we picked the car. I showed them what the price said online and they said they must have picked the wrong car for the initial pricing they gave us (the $38k) but the vin numbers were the same. I wonder how many people purchased and they did this and they just accepted it. Then they came back with a cost of over $27k, I corrected them again but they said that it’s their special warranty and can’t be taken off, but “it only adds like $7 a month”. Also, their offer on our trade in was over $1000 less than what any dealer had offered. I purchased on a Saturday and on Monday I reached out to let them know we left a pair of sunglasses and debit card behind on our trade in, they said it was already detailed and nothing was found (I got those glasses that week and they never left the glass holder that pops from the ceiling). I will never ever buy from this place again, nor will I suggest it to anyone else. The only reason it’s a 2 star instead of a 1 is because the new person they sent to deal with us was polite and was trying. More

Sales is always nice. But this last time they had a summer sale we got xxxxed over. For some reason I was put in as having TWO jobs when I signed the paper stating nothing But this last time they had a summer sale we got xxxxed over. For some reason I was put in as having TWO jobs when I signed the paper stating nothing has changed and my husband was put in as being active military NAVY when he is an Army Veteran. It was such a mess we got the car that we wanted and then had to return it because all of our information was messed up and at that point no bank wanted to approve us because it looked like we lied about how much we made. Your regular sales team is nice but y’all xxxxed up this past time. One more thing.. CHECK your paperwork and have EVERYTHING down in writing. We were promised six free oil changed and that it was in our paperwork and that was complete xxxxxxxx there was nothing in there or given to us just words that they will not honor. Go someplace else. More
