My car far exceeds my expectations and I really enjoy driving it. It’s great on gas, has style and it’s very comfortable. The performance in and out of traffic makes me feel safer too. Was gonna wait for the Corolla cross but once Otis told me everything in the Honda, I just could not wait any longer. Purchased two Toyota’s from tansky but both times I had stress. The cars both had hundreds of miles and they said that is normal for a new vehicle. However, my Honda had less than 10 miles and I was so happy!! Otis made sure I was really getting what I wanted this time, something New!! More

We didn’t make an appointment, we just walked into Roush Honda one day. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Shawn Risner. He invited us into his office, and we talked about what kind of car we wante Honda one day. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Shawn Risner. He took us over to the lot across the street where extra cars are kept, and we got to look at the interiors and sit in the front seat. We were interested in a comfortable car, easy to get in and out of, reliable, with good gas mileage. We were impressed with the roominess of both the front and back seats. Shawn answered all of our questions and pointed out some of the advantages we hadn’t noticed. We left the dealership but stayed in touch with Shawn. A couple weeks later we went back to talk again to Shawn and asked more questions, and decided to buy a Honda HRV. It looks great, rides well, and it “fits” us perfectly. Shawn spent time demonstrating the features on the dashboard, and he put the link for the instructional videos on our iPhones. We are very happy with the service and courtesy Shawn showed us. Chris Ticknor was such a fantastic agent to have helped me buy my car. I was supposed to wait about three months with the car shortage and get the color I wanted, but he sped up the process!!! I wish I could have signed paperwork with him because the other guy put a lot of sales pressure on me, and after I told him I did not want to buy any extra protection, he got angry and even aggressive.
