He was very aggressive in delivering his service because he got on lying to his service. He walked out into the parking lot and was kind of ashamed. My reason for writing this is not to make Brandon Blair bad, but he needs to learn how to respect and listen to customers, and if necessary, he needs to take our offer to upper people, not just send us back home.
